On Nov. 20th, 2019, Sanary celebrated a Grand Breaking Ceremony of Phase Two factory of Badan Building Materials Corporation in Barangay Hacienda Dolores, Porac, Pampanga, Philippines. This ceremony is organized and implemented by AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Crop, one of the shareholders from Philippine side and Sanary, one of the shareholders from China side.
Over 200 guests participated the ceremony, including the management teams from China headquarter, clients from USA and other countries and also the local employee working in Badan factory. With total investment of over 60million RMB and taking up approximately 60 acres, Badan Phase Two factory is an another overseas strategic move from Mr. Fok Zhichang, the President of XinZhongyuan Group.

Facing the land of the factory, the Parish Priest did the blessing of the site by reading the scriptures from Bible.
Mr. Simon Fok, placed items in the Time Capsule and buried them with clay.
All the management members took turns to do the same move because this represented a best wishes
and expectations to this new land and new factory.
