1. What's the tariff to the United States？
Zero duty. We specialize in the high-end market of the United States, with the export right of Philippine quartz, free of the possibility of customer anti-dumping, safe and reliable.
2. where is your factory.
Our overseas factory locates at Porac,Panpamga, Philippines.
3. How about the samples?
Free samples could be provided once request.
4. Can you copy the color and pattern based on samples which is not in your standard products range?
Yes. Our professional technical group can do it and normally our copy one could be 95% similar with original sample.
5. Can quartz countertops get damaged？
Our products have high compressive and flexural strength, Moh's hardness up to level 7, which is more difficult to damage than natural stone.
6.How are countertop seams made?
The seams are joined with AB glue that is smoothed and leaved a very thin line.
7. How about the MOQ and leadtime?
Normally one 20’ container. The leadtime is around 25 days and different order quantity will have different leading time.
8.How about the packing and shipping?
Normaly, we use Fumigation wooden pallet for quartz slab and wooden create for cut-to-size countertops.
